Everything you need to supply perfect, print-ready files and how we help if you don't have artwork yet.
Print specifications
Supplying your artwork
Follow these guidelines for the sharpest possible results.
File formats
Print-ready PDF preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, high-res JPG, PNG and TIFF.
Resolution
300 DPI at final size for print; 100–150 DPI for large format viewed at distance.
Colour mode
Supply artwork in CMYK. RGB files will be converted and colours may shift slightly.
Bleed
Add 3mm bleed on all edges for print, and keep text 3–5mm inside the trim.
Fonts
Outline/embed all fonts, or supply the font files with your artwork.
Black text
Use 100% K (rich black C40 M30 Y30 K100 for large solid areas).

Artwork FAQs
I don't have artwork can you design it?
Absolutely. Our studio team can design from scratch or tidy up what you have. Just ask for design support when you request a quote.
How do I send large files?
Email files under 20MB directly to us. For larger files use WeTransfer or a Google Drive/Dropbox link and send us the link.
Will you check my file before printing?
Yes every order gets a free pre-flight check. We'll flag any issues with resolution, bleed or colour before we print.
Do you send a proof?
We provide a digital proof for sign-off on most jobs. Physical proofs are available on request for an additional charge.
