Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the supply of products and services by Aymex Signs & Print ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. This page is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before going live.

1. Quotations & orders

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is paid.
• Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated.

2. Artwork & proofs

• You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork or approving any we produce.
• We are not liable for errors in approved artwork (spelling, layout, colour or sizing).
• Colours may vary slightly between screen and print, and between print runs.

3. Payment

• Unless on an approved credit account, payment is due before dispatch or collection.
• Credit account terms are 30 days from invoice date.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

4. Delivery & turnaround

We make every effort to meet quoted timescales but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier or courier delays.

5. Cancellations & returns

As goods are produced to your bespoke specification, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
